Charlie Chapman, Professional Staff Member for the House Budget Committee, to address IHPC’s Members

The Integrative Health Policy Consortium is honored to welcome Charlie Chapman, who will address our members at the upcoming Assembly meeting. Charlie is a Professional Staff Member for the United States House Committee on the Budget under Chairman Jodey C. Arrington (R-TX). In his role, he advises the Chairman and the Republican members of the Committee on all matters pertaining to health care policy, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health insurance. He has served at the House Committee since June 2023 and previously worked at the Committee on Ways and Means under then-Ranking Member Kevin Brady (R-TX) and for two health care-focused government affairs firms. He received his bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.
