Dr. Welsh currently serves as a co-chair of the Integrative Health Policy Consortium.
Dr. Welsh is the Past-President of the International Chiropractors Association, the world’s oldest
international chiropractic professional organization representing practitioners, students,
chiropractic assistants, educators, and lay persons world-wide. Dr. Welsh was first elected to the
ICA Board in 2006, Secretary-Treasurer in 2009, and then elected Vice-President in 2015. Dr.
Welsh has also served as an ICA delegate to the World Federation of Chiropractic since 2005
and currently serves as the ICA delegate to the Chiropractic Summit. Dr. Welsh graduated
Magna cum Laude from Life University in 1996, after a successful career in the
telecommunications industry. Dr. Welsh was named Chiropractor of the year by the Georgia
Council of Chiropractic in 2006, Alumni of the year by Life University in 2006, Chiropractor of
the year by the ICA in 2011.
